Baghdadi, Trump and Le Pen: Advance of the 'Fascist Internationale'
(News, Switzerland)
"For fascists, it is especially important to have a clear
enemy. This applies to national as well as religious fascists, because what
fuels these groups is fear and hatred. When the battlements are clear, they feed
on one another; in times of fear, the distinctions most despised by their representatives
and condemned as weaknesses result in an ever-growing number of people swept
aside. … The murders in Paris occurred less than a month before the French
regional elections. Coincidence? - or are the planners
of Daesh, who with perfect precision play the keyboard of online propaganda,
clever enough to realize that such a time-optimized attack could yield long-term
political capital beyond the immediate horrors?"

Somehow it
completely escaped the attention of the author (and everyone else) that the Islamist
attacks on Paris were perfectly timed to the run up of the French regional elections.
Coincidence? Hardly - because all
fascists benefit when any fascists win - even when they hate one another.
No
one should kid themselves. Islamists are a real, deadly danger, and have been
for years. The attacks of 2001 were when Western consciousness of this insanity
began, and since then it has been perfectly exploited by losers or those who
feel like losers. All fascist ideologies are based on a clear definition of us and
them - and Islamism is a fascist ideology. It simply comes in a religious
cloak.
VIDEO
It
is a cloak already tailored by the Nazis, a set piece straight out of northern
and Christian mythology, pseudo-scientific theories and a little of the-then
popular social Darwinism. In retrospect it all seems rather absurd, yet it was enough
to trigger a world war, several genocides, various party congresses in
Nuremberg, and to this very day, dumbass neo-Nazis. Even the left-fascist
Stalinists packaged their homicidal mania in a pseudo-religious
shroud, styling Marx and Engels as demigods of the modern age with Stalin as their prophet.
His time as a seminary student was certainly no waste for Stalin's Mr. Dzugashvili [Stalin's birth surname].

In
comparison to those murderous thugs, however, the Daesh Islamists have a distinct
advantage: they rely on a centuries-old insanity in the form of "holy
books." Based solely on their long-term presence, these are considered more
valuable and genuine than any new rubbish. Above all, such concoctions establish
that those who aspire to power on behalf of such beliefs are justified in the
brutal seizure of power and even more brutal conservation of it. They serve to substantiate
the idea that the end justifies any means - no matter how barbarous.
Fascist
ideologies offer those who feel discriminated against (again, this is a matter
of "feeling," not of "being") a pseudo-spiritual or ethnic
blood-and-soil home that comes with a built-in sense of superiority and a
justification for total confrontation in the service of a higher "good."
VIDEO
For
fascists, it is especially important to have a clear enemy. This applies to
national as well as religious fascists, because what fuels these groups is fear
and hatred. When the battlements are clear, they feed on one another; in times
of fear, the distinctions most despised by their representatives and condemned
as weaknesses result in an ever-growing number of people swept aside.
The
murders in Paris occurred less than a month before the French regional elections.
Coincidence? - or are the planners of Daesh, who with
perfect precision play the keyboard of online propaganda, clever enough to realize
that such a time-optimized attack could yield long-term political capital
beyond the immediate horrors? This is "capital" in the form of radicalized
institutions and peoples' representatives that propel both sides into greater
polarization and confrontation in order to win new adherents.
There
are plenty of examples of this. It is quite clear in Israel, for example, that
Palestinian organizations carry out more actions and rocket attacks before
parliamentary elections - the perfect support for Israel's hard-liners. And now
in France, Marine Le Pen's Front National has received a decisive boost from
the terrorists of Daesh.
No
one should kid themselves. Fascists need someone to depict as the enemy, or
better yet, a real enemy; and even if they are the deadliest of adversaries, if
both are fascist they profit one another – whatever they are called: Baghdadi,
Le Pen, bin Laden or Trump, Wirathu , Hitler or
Franco, they needed and continue to need fear and polarization in order to
become stronger.
To
see how well this works, look no further than the advance of the "Fascist
Internationale," which is united in hate and implacable hostility.
