Does the arrival of America B-2 Stealth Bombers over the skies of its ally South Korea prove America's intention to launch a nuclear war against North Korea? According to this 'news item' from the state-run Korean Central News Agency, Pyongyang is now preparing to 'settle accounts' with the United States by striking the American mainland, in addition to its assets in the Pacific.

Pyongyang: Moves taken by the U.S. imperialists to violate DPRK sovereignty and encroach upon its supreme interests have entered a grave phase.

Not content with making B-52 sorties over south Korea, despite repeated warnings, on March 28, for the first time in history, the imperialists have flown B-2A stealth bombers and other strategic attack aircraft from Whiteman Air Force base in the U.S. state of Missouri to south Korea. These aircraft even committed the dangerous provocation of staging an open drill for striking DPRK ground targets.

By defying the March 26 warning issued by the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army, the aggressive U.S. imperialists have demonstrated that their ambition to confront the DPRK has reached an extreme phase.

Given the grim situation, at the Supreme Command at 00:30 Friday, Marshal Kim Jong-un, supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, and first chairman of the National Defense Commission, convened an urgent meeting on the operational readiness of the Korean People's Army Strategic Rocket Force.

Present were the Chief of the KPA General Staff Hyon Yong-chol, Director of the KPA Operations Bureau Ri Yong-gil, Director of the General Reconnaissance Bureau Kim Yong-chol, and Commander of the Strategic Rocket Force Kim Rak Gyom.

At the meeting, Marshal Kim Jong-un first heard a report from General Reconnaissance Director Kim Yong-chol on the nature of the nuclear strike capabilities of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces.

After hearing the report from Strategic Rocket Force Commander Kim Rak Gyom on the technical condition of the DPRK's strategic capabilities, Marshal Kim made an important decision: He said that in view of the prevailing situation, he has judged that the time has come to settle accounts with the U.S. imperialists.

If, in the event the imperialist aggressors recklessly provoke the DPRK with their huge strategic force, Marshal Kim Jong-un said the Korean People's Army should mercilessly strike the U.S. mainland, their strongholds, and their military bases in all Pacific operational theaters - including Hawaii, Guam and south Korea. Marshal Kim examined and ultimately ratified the strike plans of the Strategic Rocket Force.

Marshal Kim said that the U.S. imperialists have allowed the B-2A bomber make sorties over south Korea, indicating again that their hostile acts against the DPRK have gone beyond threats and blackmail.

The B-2A's flight to the skies above south Korea was more than a simple demonstration of force in reaction to the tough stand taken by the DPRK, but an ultimatum. Marshal Kim noted that it is an act that demonstrates their intention to ignite a nuclear war at on the Korean Peninsula at all costs, and reflects the need the need to put a definite end to the period in which they can threaten and blackmail the DPRK with nukes.

Marshal Kim declared that the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK would react to U.S. nuclear blackmail and merciless nuclear attack with an all-out war of justice. He said that by testing the DPRK's self-restraint, the enemies are inviting the dark clouds of nuclear war, and that the DPRK can no longer tolerate this. If such an order is issued, he called for the KPA to reduce everything to ashes in a single strike.

Marshal Kim also said that the heroic service personnel of the Korean People's Army, and all other Korean people, their hearts burning with irrepressible resentment at the reckless war provocations of the U.S. imperialists, now await the final order of the Workers' Party of Korea Central Committee, hardening their will for a do-or-die battle with the enemies.

Marshal Kim said that the KPA will never remain a passive onlooker to the frantic moves of the U.S. imperialists. Rather, it will do its best to defend the destiny of the country and nation.

He noted a truth confirmed by history, which is that no force on earth can hold in check a people dedicated to a just cause, stressing that if an undesired war again breaks out on this land due to the unpardonable action of U.S. imperialists, they will be brought to shameful ruin, and the Korean nation would then greet the bright day of national reunification.

The important decisions Marshal Kim has taken will mark a turning point, putting to an end the long-standing showdown with the United States, and opening a new chapter in history.
