"This is none of our business.
If we had to dig through the closets of every athlete, we'd find some very
beautiful skeletons. The same could be said for journalists, lawyers, police officers and
priests!"
While Tiger Woods attends a clinic for sex addicts in Mississippi, his former girlfriends have become sought-after TV personalities around the world. Above, Cori Rist makes an appearance on 'Chiambretti night' TV show in Italy.
Tiger Woods looked like a man
condemned to death when he made his made his mea culpa before his friends and
millions of TV viewers.
Whether we believe him to be
sincere or not, one imagines that he's lived through a veritable ordeal by apologizing
in public for behavior that he characterized as selfish and irresponsible.
After attaining such
international notoriety and having built an almost perfect image, he now had to
crush his pride and put on a repentant face before the cameras. This is no
small task, even for the premiere sports billionaire.
There are many who doubt
Woods will conquer his sexual addiction or save his marriage to the lovely Elin. But why does anyone give a damn?
I myself say this is a
question of his private life and that it doesn't concern us - period. What
Tiger does in his bedroom, no matter where and with whom, is none of our
business. If we went rummaging through the closets of almost any athlete, we'd
find some very beautiful skeletons. The same could be said for journalists, lawyers, police
officers and priests!
All that we should hope for
now, is that Tiger succeeds in putting his private life in order and resumes
his career. For himself as well as the other players on the PGA Tour who have
greatly benefited from his status as superstar.

Tiger possesses great strength
of character and a unique talent for hitting the little white ball. I
personally hope comes to Augusta in early April and puts on a great show for
us. As for his private life, it seems that he'll have to arm himself with
patience and goodwill.
