Rambo: Do Americans in U.S. movies survive suspiciously

dangerous special effects? And do foreign characters dipicted

falsely tend to die early?

In American Movies, the American Never Dies!!

"As a result of their many mistakes, all of them die - Arabs, Russians, Indians, Germans and Vietnamese. Only the American comes out alive in the movies - even if all the special effects were aimed at doing him in. In the end, it's always the American that survives and parades his victory before the camera!!"

Saudi Arabia - Okaz - Original Article (Arabic)

The Arab in American cinema, unlike any other of the world's personalities, is divided into two types. The first is a crude individual with traditional-style garb, who loves meat, spends extravagantly to attract attention to himself and is easily dragged into investment agreements by American businessmen who laugh behind his back. As for the other, he is seen to be detrimental from beginning to end, and is depicted in several forms that, according to their media, uses his wits and cunning to plot the destruction of their great civilization.

Before looking at various cinematic scenarios, it's worth scrutinizing some other types that have come and gone. Since the end of communist expansion, the use of another personality type - that of the Russian - has served its purpose and taken a back seat. The Russian is no longer enough of an infidel to depict him as he was during the 1970s. Today, the Russian plays another role. For example, he is often a drug dealer that can be sent on missions that were never part of the notions of Stalin or Brezhnev.

The Red Indian is now a legacy of the past. Along with other legendary figures that were part of his movie presence, he has gone extinct from the movie agenda.

The German, who was depicted in American cinema as a prim and proper soldier, has become extinct along with the Red Indian - but he left through a different door. Americans always portray the German soldier as courageous, and he never speaks English until his death, during which he is so elegant it's as if he's celebrating. In the end, he dies with style in an ambush or due to a foolish error made while crawling toward his fate on his belly, after which he exhales his last breath.

Among all of the world's characters depicted in film, the only ideal one remains the American Rambo in all of his forms. In the jungles of Vietnam, the mountains of Tora Bora and the streets of Baghdad. And along with his civilian form on the streets of Berlin or even fighting alone in the quagmire of hell, he uses his convictions, abilities and qualifications to heal the world's wounds.
