With Obama, American
'Communications System' Improves U.S. Image
"The American communication system,
one of the largest in existence, was quick to realize that it had to do
something substantial and consistent to save the United States, considering the
erosion of its image, which began primarily with wars in Afghanistan Iraq and
the Middle East."

Barack Obama is to America
what Vladimir Putin is to Russia. In the same category, one could place Hugo
Chaves of Venezuela, Lula da Silva from Brazil and
Nikolas Sarkozy of France. Similarly, they all hold unswervingly to the maxim: the signs command and orient life.
The fundamentals of their
techniques for political interactivity and communication make it easy enough to measure
the performance of each. From
their posture, their way of dress, their ideologies, their vision and their
intelligence, it's possible to read into the character of each.
These elements, so simple to our
eyes, end up determining the significance of the points of reference. In other
words, these elements allow us to uncover the excellence [or lack thereof] of
Obama, Putin, Chaves, Lula and Sarkozy.
And our perceptions can be
likened to the field of spirituality, where, as though through telepathy, each
of us reacts to impulses contained in their messages after being touched at our
very core.
On the same token, although these
messages have emerged from different places and countries, all have one point
in common: a concern with the global political equilibrium at a time when the
United States of America is experiencing a series of difficulties.

Domestically, America is
passing through one of its greatest-ever financial crisis, and because of this
situation will soon be confronted with an economic crisis.

Given its role in the world, America's
problems affect markets worldwide. The continents of Europe, Asia and the Americas
could come to a standstill as a result of what's happening in the United States.
The American communication system,
one of the largest in existence, was quick to realize that it had to do
something substantial and consistent to save the United States, considering the
erosion of its image, which began primarily with wars in Afghanistan Iraq and
the Middle East.
The strategy for recovery had
to come from the Democrats, but it couldn't be based solely on words. It was essential
to find a face that could incorporate these words and breathe life into a
comprehensive program. In this way, the technocrats found in Barack Obama a man
of the multitudes.
His entry into the race for
the White House was done in a bit of a distracting way, as if nothing
phenomenal had come to pass. Above all, he needed the endorsement of the people.
But once the population reacted favorably to Obama’s candidacy, support came
from all sides and in a spectacular way.
Within days, thousands of
dollars, lots of machinery and men - many men - were mobilized. Obama lacked nothing.
Everything had been calculated to the smallest detail. His arrival in the White
House was only a matter of time.
And once elected president of
the United States, the American communication machine had achieved its
objectives. Now the message has been repackaged. You can see that America’s
image around the world improved significantly since Obama's election. This move
is too strong to be challenged anytime soon.
Barack Obama represents
values like unity, confidence, stability, progress and achievement. But
ultimately, the United States still needs to overcome its difficulties to
maintain itself at the head of international politics.
The arguments of the new
president have been well-received internationally. Barack Obama promised to
establish a basis for negotiating with Iran, his principal objective being to
resolve the conflict in the Middle East.
On the horizon are also
meetings with the Cuban government in order to confer a new political space to
its people in the international arena. As for his most assertive rival, Russia,
Obama wants to offer them a new path for a power that wants to affirm itself in
the 21st Century, as Obama remarked during one of the debates with John McCain
during the election campaign.

Powerful America has
everything it needs to continue dictating the direction of international and
political concerns. With the election of Barack Obama, the United States
confirmed that it has one of the most functional democratic systems in the
world, that it puts Blacks once and for all on the same level as Whites, and
has determined that there's no superiority in terms of race, but rather in
terms of intelligence.
In the times ahead, the world
will meet a new international political figure. And, once again, America has put
itself in the lead in this regard, which makes it such an exceptional nation. In a word:
Powerful.
