Madonna in Scotland, July 21: Her uniform may not be for show!
Madonna: A Singing
Agent of Russian Imperialism! (Rzeczpospolita,
Russia)
“A sizable chunk
of Poland’s political right is protesting Madonna’s concert on August 1, from Solidarni 2010 to Law and Justice Party representative Artur Górski. I would like to throw my support behind
them, as I suspect that the pop singer is working on orders from Kremlin!”

There is nothing coincidental about the dates Madonna chooses for
her concerts. In Warsaw, she wants to mock the memory of the insurgents of the Warsaw Uprising, but
this is just one more step on her trail of ignominy. Madonna began the European
leg of her tour in Turkey on June 7th, the day every Muslim mourns the
anniversary of the siege of
Jerusalem during the First Crusade in 1099!
On June 14, Madonna sang in Milan. This is the day Italians
remember Napoleon’s
Victory of Marengo in 1800, which opened the way to his conquest of Italy.
On June 14 every inhabitant of Milan is lost in mournful reverie, so they aren't likely
to want to listen to Vogue!
Then on June 24, the singer offended the Portuguese by
performing on the anniversary of the Battle of Sao Mamede, a key event in the creation of the Kingdom of
Portugal. This insult should make Representative Górski
especially indignant, as he was once the leader of the club of Polish monarchists
in the Parliament. [Górski led an effort to have
Jesus Christ declared honorary "King" of Poland].
From Portugal, Madonna flew to Berlin, where she was at it
again two days later – performing smack on the anniversary of the signing of
the Treaty of Versailles,
which was a sorry day for the defeated German nation.
Last Saturday, Madonna sang in Paris, even though the French
were celebrating the anniversary of the French Revolution.

And on Tuesday, thousands of Britons will see her at
Edinburgh, trampling on the memory of the victims of the London
Underground bombings seven years ago.
But the worst is what awaits us in August. After her Warsaw
concert, Madonna will fly to Moscow, where she’ll perform on August 7th. She
won’t sully anyone’s memory on that occasion, but the date quite suits the
Kremlin’s agenda: on that day, the Russian Empire will celebrate the
anniversary of the Russian fleet’s first great victory - the Battle of Hanko against Sweden, in 1714.
It is clear that Madonna is becoming a Russian agent
provocateur in Europe. Especially since a day later, she will be in St.
Petersburg on another glorious day for Russian military might - four years ago
that day, the Russian invasion of Georgia began.
*Due to the complete lack of a sense of humor on the part
of Madonna’s many critics, I would like to state that the above text is a
satire.
