The United States
Seeks 'Monopoly of Outer Space'
Are American plans for an anti-missile
shield only a pretext for establishing a monopoly in space and to militarily
dominate the world? According to North Korea's maniacally government controlled
Korean Central News Agency, this is precisely the U.S. objective

Pyongyang: It has been
reported that two military satellites launched by the United States will
provide its missile shield with the capacity to track ballistic missiles
anywhere in the world, and that data transmitted by the sensors of these
satellites will be used for this purpose.
On Friday, the Minju Joson
[The Korean People's Army Daily] published a signed commentary
observing the following:
This proves that the American
strategic scenario of establishing a monopoly in space to impose military
hegemony, putting the world under its control by force of arms, has entered the
implementation phase. To accomplish this, the U.S. is making a fuss about the
"missile threat" from others, to use as a pretext for deploying a
missile shield in space.
By unilaterally expanding its
missile defense system, it is Washington's calculation that it will neutralize
the retaliatory capabilities of other powers and reinforce its military
hegemony. While openly deploying a "defensive" shield in space, it is
aggressively stepping up its development of satellites equipped with
interceptor missiles.

The American launch of
military satellites when the world is exerting itself to create a more peaceful
environment can only be interpreted as a criminal act that seriously threatens
to wreck global peace and security.
The U.S. doesn't seek global
peace and security, but rather aggression, war and showdowns of strength. There
is no premise under which the U.S. can justify its policies that encourage arms
races and wars of aggression.
